The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, locally referred to the Valley, is located 40 miles North of Anchorage. Yule Farm is just on the outskirts of Palmer, a cute town with great local restaurants, shops and bed & breakfasts.
The Valley full of adventure for the outdoorsmen, rich with local history, and charming with its small shops.
