Studio Access
Studio Access & In Studio Loom Rentals
Studio hours change from week to week, so please check online for the most up-to-date hours. Appointments can be set when hours are released.
• When you arrive at the studio please check in with a Yule Farm employee.
• If you have any questions about materials and/or equipment please reach out to an
employee.
• You are responsible to clean-up after yourself, and will be asked to begin clean up 15 minutes
prior to the end of studio hours.
• If you are paying on an hourly basis, you will register online or with an employee and pay for
the total hours you use at the end of the day.
Loom Rentals
• All loom rentals include the necessary weaving equipment. (Shuttles, bobbins, warping equipment, bobbin winder, etc)
• Loom rentals are limited and subject to availability and are reserved for experienced weavers.
* There will always be a Yule Farm employee present during studio hours. They are available to help you sign in and answer general questions. However, you are expected to have a working understanding of the equipment and techniques you are using. If you are hoping to learn about new equipment and techniques please consider taking one of our workshops or ask about our private lessons.
Rates:
- Studio rates start at $10.00 an hour (3 hour minimum for an appointment.)
- Private Instruction w/ Yule Farm Employee with your own loom
- New Loom Purchased from Yule Farm complimentary first 3 hours, $15.00 each
additional hour
- Perviously Loved Loom purchased from Yule Farm rates start at $25.00 for the first hour, $15.00 each additional hour
- Private Instruction w/Personal Loom (brought to the studio) rates start at $25.00 for the first hour, $15.00 each additional hour
- Warping Fee: $20.00 per hour if using fiber purchased from Yule Farm, $25.00 per hour if using personal fibers or fibers purchased from elsewhere.
* Materials are not included.
* There is a 10% off discount for all Yule Farm Fibers used.
* Hours begin at your scheduled appointment time unless previously discussed * The rates are for one day. Hours can not be spread out over multiple days.
